Can I approve bookings before they are confirmed?
Yes. Request mode holds the slot until you confirm; Free is request-only and every paid plan can switch a service to request mode.
Are consent forms included?
Forms are on Pro. They attach to the booking and the client completes them on their phone before arriving.
Can a treatment require a practitioner qualification?
A service is offered only by the staff members you assign it to, so an injectable is bookable only with a prescriber.
Can I take deposits?
Yes, per service, fixed or as a share of the price. Deposits are on Core and above.
Where is client data stored?
In the UK, in a database where every row is isolated to your clinic by row-level security; you can export it at any time.
Do you take commission on marketplace bookings?
No. 0 % on every plan.
What does it cost?
Free for a single practitioner; Core £49 a month for up to 5; Grow £99 for up to 15 with reminders; Pro £149 with forms and no caps. 0 % commission on all four.
