Your clients imported with phone numbers normalised; your Stripe account stays yours; both systems can run side by side for a week.

Step 1 — export
Get your client list out
In their console, export your client list, services, appointments and gift cards. The migration import has its own column guesses for Fresha, Treatwell, Booksy, Phorest and Timely exports; if their export names columns differently, or you're on something else, map the columns yourself from a CSV.

Staff records are not imported by either mechanism — add your team in the console.
Step 3 — the switch weekend
Six things, in order
Import the client list on Friday; preview shows every row as new, duplicate or update before anything is written
Spot-check a handful of the imported appointments and gift card balances against the old system before Monday
Message every client the new booking link from the console, by email on any plan, by WhatsApp or SMS on Grow and above
Keep both systems live for 7 days; take new bookings here, honour old ones there
Move the booking button on your site and socials to the new link
Cancel the old subscription after the last old booking is served — none of the four has a notice period that stops you

Ownership, staff and support

- Your client list, Stripe account and booking link are yours. Exporting a client list back out works the same way importing one in does — nothing here is locked to us.
- Your team
- Staff accounts are not carried over automatically — invite your team in the console before switch weekend, so nobody is learning two systems under pressure on the day.
- If something doesn't match
- Before switch weekend, not after a client is waiting on a booking that didn't import — use the assisted option below, or contact us with specifics.
