Before you book

Do I really need a patch test?
Yes, at least 48 hours before your first appointment, and again if it has been more than six months since your last one. It takes fifteen minutes and it is free.
How do I look after a new set?
Keep them dry for the first 24 hours, brush them through daily, and skip oil-based cleansers around the eye. Sleeping on your back helps more than anything else.
What if I don't like them?
Tell us within 48 hours and we will adjust or remove them at no charge. It is far easier to fix than to live with.
