Bring clients over from Fresha, Booksy or any CSV. Preview which rows are new, which already exist and which have errors, then apply in one go.
The import wizard takes the customer export from your previous system and creates or updates clients from it, without creating duplicates.

Which files work
- Fresha or Booksy — export your customer list from either and upload it as is.
- Any CSV — tell the wizard which of your columns holds the name, the phone number and the email address. Columns are matched by their header name, so the order does not matter.
Every client needs a name and at least one of a phone number or an email address, otherwise there is no way to reach them. Phone numbers are tidied into one international format. The wizard assumes UK numbers for Fresha and CSV files and US numbers for Booksy; change the country if yours is different.
Read the preview
Before anything is written, each row is shown as one of three things: new, an exact match for a client you already have, or a match whose details would be updated. Rows with a problem — a missing name, no contact, a phone number that cannot be read — are listed with the reason and the row number, and the rest go ahead without them.
