How does the trial-to-wedding-day process actually work?
You enquire, your trial is booked and paid for, and your wedding-day booking is confirmed separately once your date is locked in.
How far in advance should I enquire?
A few months ahead is realistic; peak wedding season (May–September) needs longer lead time.
Can my bridesmaids and my mum be booked for the same morning?
Each person is booked and deposited individually — the studio coordinates wedding-morning timing by hand, rather than as one simultaneous reservation.
What happens if my wedding date changes or is postponed?
Deposits are generally transferable to a new date within a stated window, not automatically refunded — speak to us as soon as a date changes.
Do I need a patch test before my trial?
Recommended ahead of your trial only if you're using henna-based brow tint or similar products; not required for hair or makeup styling itself.
Is my booking confirmed the moment I enquire?
No — an enquiry is a request. We confirm by hand, and your deposit secures the date once that confirmation is agreed.
