Oil the cuticle nightly
A drop worked into the base keeps BIAB and acrylic flexible, not brittle.
Gloves on for the washing-up
Hot water and detergent are what actually lift a gel edge.
No acetone shortcuts
Picking off gel, BIAB or acrylic takes layers of nail with it. Book a soak-off instead — it's £12.
Infill on a rhythm
BIAB every 2–3 weeks, acrylic every 3, to keep the art tiers looking deliberate.

Redeemable against any treatment or art tier on the price list, valid for twelve months.
Questions
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Booking online is easiest, especially for the Atelier tier; walk-ins are welcome whenever a chair is free.
How often will I need an infill?
BIAB holds its structure for 2–3 weeks and acrylic for about 3 weeks; book the infill rather than a full new set to keep your natural nail healthier.
Can I bring reference photos for nail art?
Yes — the Atelier tier includes a few minutes at the start to plan the design together. Accent and Fine-line tiers work straight from the colour library.
What's your cancellation policy?
24 hours' notice to move or cancel a booking; inside that window, any deposit paid is forfeited.
Do you remove gel, BIAB or acrylic applied somewhere else?
Yes — the soak-off service covers that, with a natural buff included.
Is a deposit required for every service?
Only on BIAB new sets, acrylic new sets and the gel manicure hands + feet booking — services with a longer time and material commitment. Quick add-ons and infills carry no deposit.
