Do you offer patch tests?
Yes — required 48 hours before any colour service, free of charge.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours ahead with no charge; inside 48 hours, any deposit paid is forfeited.
Do you take walk-ins?
By appointment only, Tuesday to Saturday; no walk-ins.
Can I bring a reference photo?
Yes — a photo at consultation helps your colourist match the formula to what you want.
What are your opening hours?
Monday: Closed. Tuesday: 09:30–17:30. Wednesday: 09:30–17:30. Thursday: 09:30–20:00. Friday: 09:30–20:00. Saturday: 09:00–16:00. Sunday: Closed
Do you sell gift cards?
Valid for twelve months and redeemable against any service on the price list.
