  2. Patch testRequired 48 hours before any colour service, free of charge.
  3. BookA deposit secures colour appointments; it's forfeited if you cancel inside 48 hours.

Do you offer patch tests?
Yes — required 48 hours before any colour service, free of charge.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours ahead with no charge; inside 48 hours, any deposit paid is forfeited.
Do you take walk-ins?
By appointment only, Tuesday to Saturday; no walk-ins.
Can I bring a reference photo?
Yes — a photo at consultation helps your colourist match the formula to what you want.
