Before you book
How long should hair be?
About a grain of rice — roughly two weeks' growth. Shorter and the wax can't grip it properly; we'll tell you honestly if it's too short and rebook rather than do a poor job.
Does it hurt?
Yes, it's a wax — we're not going to pretend otherwise. It's quick, it eases each visit as your skin adjusts, and we'll always tell you before a section that tends to be sharper.
Can I come on my period?
Yes, for anything except bikini and Hollywood waxing, which we ask you to rebook for comfort and hygiene. Everything else runs as normal.
