Can I book either studio from the same page?
Yes — switch location in the header and the hours and address update to that studio. Today the menu, team and booking calendar shown are the same for both studios; they don't yet change per location.
Do both studios have the exact same services, team and prices?
The published menu and prices are shared across both studios today. Each location does have its own staff and hours in real life, but this site doesn't yet show a separate team or price list per branch — ask in person or by phone for a specific studio's rota.
Do you take walk-ins?
Bedminster keeps two walk-in slots most weekday mornings. Stokes Croft is appointment-only.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside that window, the deposit is retained.
What are your opening hours?
Monday: Closed. Tuesday: 09:00–18:00. Wednesday: 09:00–18:00. Thursday: 09:00–20:00. Friday: 09:00–20:00. Saturday: 09:00–17:00. Sunday: Closed
Do you sell gift cards?
A gift card covers anything on the price list, from a brow tint to a full balayage.
