How long should hair be?

About a grain of rice — roughly two weeks' growth. Shorter and the wax can't grip it properly; we'll tell you honestly if it's too short and rebook rather than do a poor job.

Does it hurt?

Yes, it's a wax — we're not going to pretend otherwise. It's quick, it eases each visit as your skin adjusts, and we'll always tell you before a section that tends to be sharper.

Can I come on my period?

Yes, for anything except bikini and Hollywood waxing, which we ask you to rebook for comfort and hygiene. Everything else runs as normal.

What are your opening hours?

Monday: Closed. Tuesday: 10:00–19:00. Wednesday: 10:00–19:00. Thursday: 10:00–20:00. Friday: 10:00–19:00. Saturday: 09:00–17:00. Sunday: Closed
