What should I wear in the thermal suite?
Swimwear throughout — robes, towels and flip-flops are provided.
Can I book the thermal suite with a friend?
A shared two-guest thermal suite session can be requested. It is confirmed by the spa directly rather than booked instantly, since reserving the suite for two guests at once isn't yet handled automatically.
Is the full day retreat booked instantly, like a single massage?
No — the full day retreat is a request: it combines facility access with two treatments, and the spa coordinates the schedule by hand before confirming. A single massage, facial or the day pass can be booked instantly.
Is the thermal suite included in every treatment?
No — only in the day pass and the full day retreat. A single massage or facial does not include it.
Can I book if I'm pregnant?
Yes, with a pregnancy-safe treatment plan agreed at booking. The thermal suite's sauna and steam room aren't recommended during pregnancy, so we offer an alternative relaxation space instead.
