How long should I set aside?
Longer styles (box braids, locs) can run 3–6+ hours depending on length, density and the style chosen — book realistic time off and avoid scheduling anything straight after.
Do I need to prep my hair?
Come with hair washed, detangled and blow-dried or stretched if possible — a day-of wash adds time and cost to a long appointment.
Why does price/time vary so much by style?
Length, density and the exact style chosen all change how long a session takes — the price list shows typical ranges; your stylist confirms the exact time and price at consultation or booking.
Can I bring my own extension hair?
Yes — bring your preferred brand and colour, and let us know in advance if your chosen style needs a particular type.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours ahead for a full deposit refund; inside 48 hours the deposit is retained — a long session blocks a large part of a stylist's day.
