Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Does it matter which branch I book at?
No — every practitioner at both City and Riverside follows the same consultation-first protocol and the same price list. Request a consultation and name whichever branch suits you; the clinic confirms by hand. This is a request, not yet a live per-branch calendar.
Can I see a different practitioner at my next visit?
Yes, but for a course of treatments (Profhilo, for example) we recommend staying with the same practitioner so progress is tracked consistently.
Who cannot have these treatments?
Pregnancy or breastfeeding, an active skin infection in the treatment area, certain medicines and some neurological conditions. The consultation exists to establish this before anything is booked.
Is there a cooling-off period?
Yes — two days between consultation and treatment, the same standard at both branches.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Contact the branch you were treated at directly using the details on your aftercare sheet; both branches hold hyaluronidase on site and full medical indemnity.
What are your opening hours?
Monday: Closed. Tuesday: 09:00–18:00. Wednesday: 09:00–18:00. Thursday: 09:00–20:00. Friday: 09:00–18:00. Saturday: 09:00–15:00. Sunday: Closed
Do you sell gift cards?
A gift card can be spent on any treatment on the price list at either branch, from a chemical peel to a thread lift.
