Before you enquire

How far do you travel, and what does it cost?
Free within 10 miles of Demo Quarter; a flat £15 callout fee applies beyond that radius.
How much notice do you need for an event booking?
Two weeks is usually enough; weekend and peak-season dates need longer, so enquire as early as you can.
What's the difference between a trial and the day-of booking?
Two separate bookings: the trial locks in the look ahead of time, and the day-of appointment delivers it on the day itself.
Can I book makeup for my whole party at once?
Each person is booked as its own individual appointment — there isn't yet a single booking that reserves one slot for several people. For a group on the same morning, the artist coordinates timing by hand once each person's request comes in.
Do you offer a patch test for sensitive skin or lash glue?
Available on request, but not required as standard.
What's your cancellation policy for event bookings?
The deposit is non-refundable inside 14 days of the event, since a confirmed date holds the artist's whole day.
