Do I need a patch test?

For colour correction and creative vivids, yes — at least 48 hours before your appointment. Balayage and root melts on virgin hair usually don't need one; we'll confirm at consultation.

How long does a vivid colour last?

Four to six weeks before a noticeable fade, depending on wash frequency and water temperature. A cool rinse and a colour-safe shampoo both slow it down.

Can I book straight into a full service?

For anything involving lightener on hair we haven't seen before, no — a free consultation comes first. Returning clients can usually book straight in.

What are your opening hours?

Monday: Closed. Tuesday: 10:00–19:00. Wednesday: 10:00–19:00. Thursday: 10:00–20:00. Friday: 10:00–20:00. Saturday: 09:00–17:00. Sunday: Closed

Do you sell gift cards?

A gift card can be spent on any service on the price list, from a gloss refresh to a full colour correction.
