Why isn't there one fixed price for extensions or wigs?
Final price depends on hair type, length, density and the method you choose — the price list shows a realistic starting figure; the exact quote is confirmed at consultation.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes, for every fitting method and every wig — this is how length, colour, method and the final price are confirmed before any hair is ordered or booked.
How long does a fitting take?
Full-head tape-in, weft or micro-ring fittings typically run 2–3 hours; a custom wig fitting is a separate, shorter appointment once the unit has been made.
How often do I need maintenance?
Move-ups and maintenance are typically every 6–8 weeks, depending on method and hair growth.
What's your deposit and cancellation policy?
Deposits (shown per service) are non-refundable inside 48 hours of your appointment — extension hair is often ordered specifically for your booking.
Can I bring my own hair or wig?
Custom-ordered units and hair are sourced per consultation; bringing your own is only possible for simple maintenance or restyle appointments — ask at consultation.
