How often do I need an infill?
Every two to three weeks, before the regrowth gap widens enough to strain the art — booking before that point keeps the set looking sharp rather than patched.
Do you remove sets done elsewhere?
Yes, soak-off only, booked as a full set removal regardless of where the original set was applied — no cutting or filing off a set that isn't ours.
Is hand-painted art charged separately?
A signature sculpted set includes its own art. Outside of that, art is priced per nail, so you only pay for the detail you want.
Is a deposit refundable if I cancel?
Refundable with 48 hours' notice; inside that window the deposit is forfeited and credited toward a rebooking within one month instead.
How long does a sculpted set last?
Typically three weeks before an infill is recommended; most clients rebook on that cadence.
Can you take bridal party bookings together?
We can take the enquiry and do our best to seat a small group across the day, but we don't offer a single simultaneous slot for several guests at once — message us and we'll confirm by hand.
What are your opening hours?
Monday: Closed. Tuesday: 10:00–19:00. Wednesday: 10:00–19:00. Thursday: 10:00–19:00. Friday: 10:00–19:30. Saturday: 09:00–17:00. Sunday: 11:00–16:00
Do you sell gift cards?
Redeemable against any set or add-on art, valid twelve months from purchase.
