What should I wear?

Whatever is comfortable to arrive and leave in. Robes, towels and disposable underwear are provided for every treatment.

Can I book if I'm pregnant?

Yes, from the second trimester onward, with a pregnancy-safe massage and facial. Let us know when you book so we can prepare the room.

What if I need to cancel?

Give us 24 hours' notice and your deposit carries over to a new date. Later than that, the deposit is not refundable.

Can I book the couples massage online like everything else?

Not instantly — message us for the couples massage specifically, since it needs two therapists and our twin room free at the same time. Every other treatment above books straight away.

What are your opening hours?

Monday: 10:00–18:00. Tuesday: 09:00–20:00. Wednesday: 09:00–20:00. Thursday: 09:00–20:00. Friday: 09:00–20:00. Saturday: 09:00–18:00. Sunday: 10:00–16:00

Do you sell gift cards?

A gift card for any treatment at Willowmere, bought in person or online.
