Yes, for any chemical peel, at least 48 hours ahead. Free.

How do I know which facial is right for me?

The skin consultation (free, 30 minutes) is where that gets decided; nothing is booked blind.

What should I avoid before a peel?

Retinoids and exfoliating acids for 5 days before, and tell us about any active skin conditions at consultation.

How long is downtime after a medium peel?

Visible flaking for 3-5 days; avoid sun exposure and makeup on the first day.

What's your cancellation policy?

24 hours' notice; deposits are forfeited inside that window.
