Do I need a patch test?
Yes — required at least 48 hours before your first pigment treatment, to check for an allergic reaction. No patch test, no treatment.
Why two sessions?
Pigment settles unevenly as skin heals, and nobody can predict exactly how. The touch-up 4-6 weeks later corrects what healed light and adjusts the shape once you've lived with it — it's a normal, expected part of the process, not a sign anything went wrong.
Will my results be perfectly symmetrical or permanent?
No treatment can guarantee perfect symmetry, and this work fades over 1-3 years depending on skin type and aftercare — it's semi-permanent, not permanent.
Who shouldn't have this treatment?
Pregnancy or breastfeeding, active skin conditions in the treatment area, certain medications (such as blood thinners) and some allergies rule it out — discussed honestly at consultation.
How long is healing?
Initial healing takes around 7-10 days; full colour settling can take up to 4 weeks, which is why the touch-up is scheduled after that window.
Can I pay for both sessions as one package?
No — the initial session and the touch-up are priced and booked as two separate appointments, shown separately on the price list above. There's no prepaid two-session package on this booking system yet.
What's your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable inside 48 hours. Missing or cancelling your mandatory patch test inside that window may mean rebooking your treatment date too.

Tue-Fri: 10:00-18:00. Sat: 09:00-15:00. Sun-Mon: Closed

Redeemable against any treatment on this list, valid for twelve months from purchase.
