Why can't I book laser today?
Our licence requires a patch test at least 48 hours beforehand, and we do not make exceptions. It takes ten minutes and it is free.
Is IPL suitable for my skin tone?
Not always, and we will tell you at consultation rather than after you have paid. Darker skin tones carry a real burn risk with IPL, and we offer an alternative where that is the case.
How many sessions will I actually need?
Laser hair removal is usually a course of 6-8 sessions, six to eight weeks apart — laser only catches hair in its active growth phase. IPL for pigmentation varies more by skin; your consultation gives an honest estimate, not a guess.
Can I book a full course in one go?
No — each session is booked and paid for individually. If you'd rather have the whole course scheduled at once, ask us to set it up as a recurring request, confirmed session by session; there is no prepaid course balance on this booking system yet.
What do I need to avoid afterwards?
Sun and sunbeds for two weeks after laser or IPL, and a high-factor SPF daily. Peels also rule out exercise and hot showers for 48 hours. Your aftercare sheet lists all of it.
What are your opening hours?
Mon-Fri: 09:00-18:00. Sat: 09:00-14:00. Sun: Closed
