Can I book more than one treatment in the same visit?
Yes — tell us when you book and we'll schedule back-to-back appointments with the right specialists.
How far in advance should I book?
A week ahead for a single treatment, two weeks if you're combining more than one on the same day.
Do I need a patch test?
Only for brow and lash tinting — required 48 hours before your first tint appointment, free of charge.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours ahead with no charge; inside 24 hours, any deposit paid is forfeited.
Can I request the same specialist every time?
Yes — note your preference when booking and we'll hold that specialist where their diary allows.
