What does "brow mapping" actually involve?

Measuring against your bone structure at three points, drawn on the skin so you see and agree the shape before any hair is removed.

Do I need a patch test?

Yes, at least 48 hours before tint, lamination, or your first lash appointment. Free, 15 minutes. We check for this by hand before confirming those bookings.

How long between a lash infill and a new set?

Within three weeks counts as an infill; longer gaps are booked as a new set, since too few natural lashes remain to infill safely.

What if I don't like the shape once it's mapped?

Tell your technician before anything is shaped — the mapped lines wash off and get re-drawn.

What's your cancellation policy?

24 hours' notice, or the deposit is forfeited.

What are your opening hours?

Tue-Fri: 09:30-18:00. Sat: 09:00-16:00. Sun-Mon: Closed
